Primary Objective of Position: - Performs manual labor along the production line - Operates and troubleshoots production line machinery and computers - May perform minor repairs as necessary |

Major Areas of Responsibility: - Operate production line machinery including, grinder, staple gun, drill, and computers - Troubleshoot production line machinery - Perform equipment change-over - Responsible for quality control. Adjust as necessary to produce product within specifications. Reject product outside of specification - Operate within Vector Work Instructions (VWIs) and Job Safety Analysis (JSAs) - Clean and maintain work area - Other duties as assigned Equipment Used: - Various vinyl frame welding/tooling machines - Various hand tools used for tooling vinyl frames for acceptance of glass Additional Responsibilities Include: - Assist Team Lead in timely completion of schedule requirements - Provide on-the-job training to new employees |
