Our organization is looking for a dedicated Recruiter/Human Resources Generalist who is passionate about helping people to join our team. A successful candidate will have previous experience assisting with the recruitment and hiring process, as well as strong writing skills to assist in all HR related documentation.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Recruits and sources qualified candidates through a variety of different sources and methods.
  • Coordinates with hiring managers on hiring needs
  • Interacts and meets with Owner and Leadership Teams for updates
  • Creates and updates open positions
  • Serves as the first point of contact for applicants.
  • Communicates proactively via phone, email, and text.
  • Provides status updates throughout the selection process using the ATS system.
  • Continuously uses outside recruiting to find high quality candidates.
  • Research new employee trends for hiring
  • Assists with onboarding and offboarding processes for new hires
  • Experience with developing and hiring for internships is a plus
  • Serves as back-up for handling day to day HR functions, including, coaching of management, and/or disciplinary decisions and actions.

Qualifications:

  • 1 + years of previous recruiting experience is required
  • 1+ years experience using LinkedIn, Facebook, Indeed, Job Fairs, etc.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, oral, and written communication skills, and professional presence
  • May require a bachelor’s degree in a related area and 1-3 years of experience in the field or in a related field.
  • Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within the HR field.
  • Has strong work ethic, always consider the Company’s best interest before making a decision.
  • Bilingual, is a plus!
