Letter of Appreciation

April 7th, 2020

To all the employees of Vector Windows:

I would like to begin by thanking our entire team of dedicated employees who are presently working at our manufacturing facility, from home, and other locations to fulfill important services that provide necessary building supplies. Your willingness to adapt and can-do attitude during these unique and challenging times has been nothing short of inspiring. I am incredibly proud to work alongside such a dedicated team and appreciate your continued commitment to serve our communities.

Vector Windows provides products and services that are directly used in or by the construction and housing industries to keep critical infrastructure like hospitals, clinics and shelters operational and to keep people safe. Additionally, the government has emphasized the important work of companies such as ours that continue to provide products to aid in building and maintaining critical US infrastructure and essential supply chain functions. Your continued perseverance to continue the work at hand is recognized and greatly appreciated.

As you know, we’ve implemented a series of preventative health measures for employees recommended by the CDC and in accordance with US government guidelines. As a leadership team, we are continually meeting to identify any additional ways to improve on these measures. We will continue to work with Federal, State and local authorities as new information emerges to ensure that we are providing you with the most up to date and accurate information we can about COVID-19. I would like to thank you for your continued diligence in your compliance with the CDC’s guidelines to limit the transmission of coronavirus.

Although this can be a moment of high anxiety and uncertainty. It’s also a moment in time when the work we’re doing at Vector Windows is at its highest importance. I want you to know Vector will continue to do its part in protecting the health of our employees and supporting our local and country’s economy.

Together we will get through this trying time. Take care.

Sincerely,

Jeff A. Ackerson
