Position: Territory Sales Manager 

Reports to: VP of Sales & Marketing 

Primary Objective of Position: 

Manages the Vector brand in the assigned territory, ensuring sales growth targets are achieved in alignment with corporate strategy.  Presents a professional image of the Vector brand at meetings, industry events and trade shows. 

Required Skills / Experience: 

Strong technical understanding of windows & doors

5+ years’ experience in B2B selling

Strong negotiation skills

Strong interpersonal and presentation skills

Customer focused

Strong sense of responsiveness 

Major Areas of Responsibility:

1) Sales Growth – Manages channel distribution partners in assigned territory in alignment with company segmentation strategy

a) Ensures they are educated on products and have appropriate selling tools available

b) Assists with field service issues as needed to increase responsiveness

c) Identifies strategic partners and ensures consistent growth is achieved

d) Negotiates and achieves annual price realization goals 

e) Performance manages or removes under-performing dealers

2) Market Intelligence

a) Understands share position, opportunity and risk in assigned territory

b) Identifies competitive products, creates sales strategy to sell on “value” vs these products

c) Understands micro and macro-economic conditions and how they may impact business

3) Planning

a) Helps establish revenue goals for the business in assigned territory

b) Communicates short term forecasts back to the business to aid in resource planning

4) Brand Development

a) Coordinate and attend industry trade events to increase awareness of the Brand

b) Identify opportunities to market brand to gain effective leads

c) Meets with builder / contractors to increase awareness of brand

d) Responsible for Net Promoter Score in assigned territory

Hiring Spring/Summer:

Production/Assembly/Shipping Loaders – 1st and 2nd Shift
1st Shift Core Hours : 6:00 am – 2:30 pm M-F, OT Varies
2nd Shift Core Hours: 4:00 pm – 2:30 am M-Th (Friday OT)
Overtime available
$14.50/per hour or Depending on Experience

$15.50/per hour 2nd Shift or Depending on Experience

SUMMARY
Performs manual labor along a production line. Operates and troubleshoots production line machinery and computers. May perform minor repairs as necessary.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Operate production line machinery and computers.
  2. Troubleshoot production line machinery.
  3.  Perform equipment change-overs.
  4. Responsible for quality control. Make adjustments as necessary to produce product within specifications. Reject product outside of specifications.
  5. Operate within standard operating procedures (SOPs) and Job Safety Analysis (JSAs).
  6. Perform preventive maintenance (PMs) on production line machinery.
  7. Clean and maintain work area.
  8. Other duties as assigned.
