Our Message

March 25, 2020

A message to our customers and community:

Vector has spent the last two and a half decades creating a product and company that will stand the test of time. Throughout our long history, by working together and doing the right thing, we have been able to persevere through many challenges. As a company one of our core values is improving the quality of our customers, community, and employees’ lives. Although COVID-19 V has changed our day to day lives, we will remain as dedicated as ever to that purpose. At this time, as a critical manufacturer and supplier for the construction industry, Vector Window’s operation will remain open until further notice.

At Vector we know windows and doors are a critical component of the construction and building supply chains. During this adversity, we are committed to serving our customers and community with excellence.

Our employees, customers, and communities continued safety are that of the highest importance during this COVID-19 outbreak. Our team is committed to following the CDC recommended precautions with our employees and business partners. We will continue to actively monitor the situation and make further changes based on government guidelines such as the World Health Organization (WHO), Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), and local/regional risk factors.

Some of the precautions we have implemented in order to prevent the spread of COVID-19 as recommended by these organizations are:

Increasing cleaning and handwashing

  • Advising and encouraging any employees to stay home if they feel sick.
  • Limiting access to our facilities to only employees and business partners for critical business needs only.
  • Following social distancing guidelines recommending by the CDC
  • Maintaining timely communication and education to our teams on the latest recommendations

At Vector, we have taken proactive steps to evaluate the security of our supply chain by contacting all key suppliers.  At this time, we have no reason to believe our supply chain or lead times will be impacted.  We will be in regular contact with them as the situation changes daily. We will continually make every effort to avoid any disruption and we expect our production and lead times to remain consistent. We will continue to monitor the situation and make further changes based on government guidelines and local/regional risk factors.

Our team at Vector would like to thank you for your business.

Be safe and stay healthy.
